Eichholtz is proud to collaborate with the award-winning Dutch photographer Philippe Vogelenzang to present a series of his iconic images as part of our complete lifestyle offering.
Curating a complete luxury lifestyle is at the heart of what makes Eichholtz impress the furniture industry. This has led us as a business to consider the artwork people place on their walls as much as the furniture, lighting, and accessories. We’re delighted to be working with the renowned Dutch fashion and portrait photographer Philippe Vogelenzang who has selected five of his archive images which we will offer as art prints to offer to our clients.
Vogelenzang who has shot for publications such as Vogue, Beauty Papers, V Magazine and L’Officiel is known for his vision of sophisticated beauty and glamour which perfectly aligns with the Eichholtz aesthetic.
HOW TO CARE FOR LACQUERED WOOD AND HIGH-GLOSS FINISHES
There are a few basic rules for getting the most out of your lacquered or high-gloss wood furniture and ensuring its longevity:
Avoid exposure to excessive sunlight and humidity and extreme changes in temperature.
Be careful of wet rings forming on the surface after watering flowers or plants.
Never expose the furniture to pets with sharp claws or other sharp objects.
Use coasters and felt pads under lamp bases and accessories.
Cleaning & Maintenance
We recommend the following simple guidelines for maintaining the beauty of your luxury furniture.
Dust regularly with a clean, soft, dry cloth. For routine cleaning, use lukewarm water and a mild dishwashing detergent. Dip a soft cloth into the mixture, wring thoroughly, and clean the furniture. Lacquered wood should not remain wet as water spots can damage the finish. Immediately wipe away excess water with a dry cloth.
